Arcade signature.

I found a signature script at Jeff Russo's board. Its for the arcade.
There is both a forum banner and a user banner.

do you have to have to arcade installed for this to work, or will it work independently?

The Arcade signature is for arcade boards only.
I have some forum signatures too, but not yet finish.
