So, I got this working correctly, but noticed a slight issue. The buttons above the ticker that say "Previous, Next, Stop, Start" work in FF, but in Chrome, and IE they are just square boxes.

Ya, whats odd is I did, unless I just need to pay better attention.

FTP is still a new process for me, so its highly possible that I am just missing obvious factors.

Nothing, I tried that, in fact I have refreshed the prosilver, and SE Square each time together.

I have included another screen shot showing that I have refreshed the theme.

I would say in total I have refreshed maybe 10 times, and my editor shows the changes, its just not being displayed on my site for some reason.

OK, ya, I did notice that as well, it was odd I hit refresh a bunch of times, without change. I changed where I uploaded it from, and now see the code in the editor of the theme in ACP.

Still having an issue though with the appearance of it. Are you able to see the css now?
