I downloaded and installed SEO Mod by uploading it through automod.

I even clicked DETAIL within ACP applied prosilver template changes to prosilver.

However, SEO Mod doesn't appear within the ACP. It's like it's not there.

Yep got it working finally. This is what I did. I uninstalled Top Stats, then reinstalled it. As I found out from you guys, when Top Stats is installed, it only adds the full file edits to prosilver but not prosilver se. So, I then went to ACP/Top Stats/Details and applied the prosilver edits to ...
