yes you are right , I messed it all up with the .htaccess file , Stroker mentioned it and now its ok .....

Looks like the stylesheet is not being read. Could be a browser problem. Try with another browser and try press CTRL + F5 keys when you are in ACP I tried with google chrome , mozilla , and IE 7 , none was fruitfull , also cleared the browser cache ... and also CTRL + F5 didn't worked .... waiting ...
