Which files should I insert in?

I have deleted and re-installed and still have the same problem of 403, plain text works but when I put in java script something somewhere is preventing from being installed. I know I am using cpanel with apache web server.

I put in your sample code for, Ad Block detector ad code and it still gives me a 403 forbidden. There is something preventing java script code from being inserted in. Problem with java script. When I enter java script in for my ads box I get 403 forbidden when I submit it. I have no problems with just plain text. I think I need to authorize java script somewhere.
