I just had to ask and now I've figured it out it. LOL

Sorry for the question but I'm lost. I want to change the colors of the ext in my forum and I see the sections it calls for but if I change those it messes with other areas. I either need the font color changed or the background. Any suggestions. I've tried everything I am know. You can see it here ...
