Add in the discussion board

I was wondering if you could do something like this:

In viewtopic_body.html I tried this:
<div class="back2top"><a href="#wrap" class="top" title="{L_BACK_TO_TOP}">{L_BACK_TO_TOP}</a></div>

And then I added:
<div class="forabg"><span class="corners-bottom"><span></span></span></div></div>

As the image is not in line the edge, how can I solve!?

I used this class:

    margin-bottom: 4px;
    padding: 0 5px;
    clear: both;
    }

But to get the edge does not just talk about it. What is wrong!
