If for some reason you get locked out of your site due to a wrong cookie or a server change with the below tool you can reset them ;)

Upload the cookie.php file to your root and visit the file path

example: http://www.yoursite.com/cookie.php

Note you MUST delete or rename the file once your done.

i found this on phpbb.com in a old post

I removed my info from the screenshot for security as this file detects the info
