Create a free account here - https://www.setcronjob.com
Set up a cron job to your site (minimum half an hour)

Create a bot in ACP, call it whatever you like.
Put this for User Agent - SetCronJob/1.0
Submit and done.

I think this ones easier, there's no file to upload such as cronjob_53804.html, no verification, No IP needed so no waiting to see what the IP is, or whether it will change. Plus the site is in English which makes things easy too being more widely spoken than German.

Works well !! better than the previous [german site]

It needs you to renew your membership every month for free,to keep the BOT activated
