Installation:
  1. Copy the entire contents of the repository to ext/stoker/pageloader/
  2. Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Extension Management -> Extensions.
  3. Click Enable.

Bit big must i fix the size and tweak it ?

Sure, you can Edit the css to size it like you want

;) Real page loader http://www.martins-phpbb.com/testing/private/index.php serves the page once its fully loaded just like a mobile does.

No, the only thing that one does is making the page load slower :D
