[CDB] [INSTL] Paypal Donation Extension

Not so long ago I considered updating my old extension (actually called a Mod at the time created) PhpBB3 Paypal Donation Mod
But before doing so, I did a search to find out if there where some existing Paypal Extensions out there.
I found several, some you have to pay for, others free.

My choice was the free, highly customizable, well developed and supported PayPal Donation Extension by Skout
Thats the one used here. Its is recommended!

I also use the extension of Skouat, it is perfect.
I had tried the one of DMZX but it did not propose to add a dedicated group when someone makes a donation.

I think that this was originally created by StevoTVR (R.I.P) and now it is mantained by Skouat. But i'm not sure.
Anyway, it's good extension and it is used in a lot of communities out there.

This MOD is inspired by the "Donation MOD" of Stoker 4.0.
By wanting to add, to his MOD, the management of the currencies, I met to re-code it completely.
Some displayed features have been kept and improved:
- Stats displaying
- Customizable pages with text
Thanks to Stoker 4.0 to have accepted that I publish this new version of Paypal Donation.

Hello everyone

I have exactly the same donation extension and I'm thrilled. The integration into the forum is phenomenal, and it's not just the call to PayPal.
I think it's nicely implemented, and I've also

Implemented it in the small portal and I'm very happy with it
