IDK about "Relax Arcade" but you said flash so I'll mention FlashByNight. They still have a number of flash games on http. I play "Drench" there. It reminds me of WorldWinner's old "Paint Buckets" game.

EDIT: Oops forgot to mention 24/7 games. I'm positively addicted to this site. They have so many good games. There's no login and if you use ADP there's no ads. It's clean and simple and they have a dozen cool games. They do seasonal skins for all their games but they also have a base skin, which I usually use. Just scroll down the page and you'll see how there's a set with the "spring" graphics and a set of the same games with the regular graphics.
