check your permissions in admin is all i can suggest or try another admin account.

In that forum, I do not install SEO.
It gives me error for that?

It is also compatible with the SEO mod?

It clearlly has issues with your permissions ,any chance of a test account ,details sent via pm with admin auth and access ?
I dont know its not been tested along side it,only problem i could think of would be the overall_header.html edits but then like said not tested.

You've seen the changes all'overall_header are different.

However I have a test account on altervista, so there is no folder 'umil', maybe that's what that error ç_ç

The folder I loaded and ran all the necessary changes.

I see this is similar to what i want to do. Add a required extra subject that asks for a price. Only in some forums. Is it possible?
