The guide I linked to is a good guide how to install a mod.
I have no problem doing it for you: phpbb-service.php but i think its best if you try yourself.

sir i dont have a single cent so i cant buy membership of it i just want some mods to installed in my forum

You are using the premod so it should be working for you

Welcome On Index
PM Notify & Guest Register bar <<<<<<<<<<<

refresh your styles and templates and themes then push the refresh cache button i would say do the F5 too but its bot showing for me either

Sir you need to have PROSILVER theme installed all the mods are prosilver based and you dont have it installed
