And that is set as forum image in ACP?? If so it should be a background image which yours isnt.

this is the screenshot of my acp
the only difference i think is the folder. It's not in prosilver/images but in madevo/imageset

another thing i have noticed is that the code in the file recent_active_body.html is repeated twice and i replaced it twice
