it is a different site I am building, its on local host. I did it a year agoo with that other site but can't figure out what I am doing wrong here.

Well, instead of focusing on what I have done just use the CB tut 100%

I have over and over again and can't get it to work. I can't even get the icons to toggle. Thats why i figured the age of tut might have something to do with it
