open: overal_header.html:

Find:

ul class="linklist rightside">

Add after on a new line:

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_DONATE_ENABLED --><li class="icon-bump"><a href="{U_DONATE}">{L_DONATEINDEX}</a></li><!-- ENDIF -->

Or somehere else where you want it to show

Refresh you style and theme in ACP
And do ctrl + F5
