pssss, read the explanation in ACP:
Timezone settings:
If you want to use a specific timezone for all users you can type it here.
Like "-6" for Central Standard Time and "4" for Gulf Standard Time

I did not see the explanation in the ACP.
Probably because on localhost I did not translated in french the updated language file.
(You did not say anything in your post about the update and I'm too stupid to think) :o

I successfully updated the Mod on my forum online (it is not activated, I have no countdown to show).
No errors, everything is OK. :D

Because its inside a javascript.
