well, i only had the SE Square Left installed/active on my forum, but to test i activate the proSilver style and i can see the QR there, but not in the SE Square Left :/

Thats weird because SE Square Left uses the exact same templates as prosilver.
Maybe your files are not up to date? Style version have to be the same as phpBB version

yep they are uptodate, i just downloaded them 3 days ago

The version on phpbb.com is only 3.0.6
I have updated the style there but they havent validated it yet.

Where did you download it?

I have no idea what the problem is you are experiencing.
Try redownload and upload the new files to your forum.

*back up files you have already!

just upload a fresh copy of the quickreply_editor.html , could just be js issue ,did you moddify quickreply_editor.html latelly ?

I have just installed SE Square Left

but the mchat is a little off base
se_left.png
Over by the "Mini-chat" text you can se it is not fully in place

What could be the problem?

open styles /SE Square Left/template/mchat_body.html
find:
