If you want to exclude groups, just set the correct permission in the groups permission.
Misc tab and you will find: Can see AdBlock Detector messages
Set it to no for groups that shouldnt see them

Yes, I was talking specifically about group rights. And your extension has no settings for group rights in the miscellaneous tab.

Its interesting. But it doesnt work with adguard and probably also other adblockers
It do semi work with adblock.
The biggest problem on that site is that functions are disabled, silently, without notifying the users thats its because of their adblocker.
If we want this to work properly, we would need a script to identify EVERY known adblocker software and inplement a way to disable it.
I would be a great feature, But I dont think we cn do that in a rock solid way..
I think it would be better to use the custom page for a howto disable your adblocker software
