So in your ext folder do you have a folder name stoker?

Go ACP and customise Extensions Manager have you enable it there ??

I took it off and restored it because it wasn't working, I did have it on for a bit, I will turn it back on.

The error when looking at your website comes from another extension. It seems you have to remove the extension "holidayflare" from "phpbbmodders" in the ACP.

@all: to use the animated hat you have to change the filename in xmas.css from christmas_hat.png to christmas_hat.gif too.

PS.: Is this kind of extension (modification) available for 3.0.12 also?

There are some xmas themes, but dont thin k there is a mof for it.
