Just visited your site and it looks fine?
If you are trying to install it on several styles, you have to do the same edits to those styles and upload the images to them.
And refresh the theme and template in ACP.

I made changes only in etech style refreshed template too but images are not displaying i can see only the old.

Then you have not done what I told you in my previous post.
1. Make sure you have done all the edits. Both to the overall_header.html and stylesheet.css
2. Upload the files you have edited.
3. Upload the included images to the right location
4. Refresh template AND theme
