The keywords and description for guests and members logged in?

I mean its only useful for SEO so for bots to see, for others us humans it might be a bit unneeded to view?

There is no green background. Thats only used on the screenshot to highlight it.

It works fine on 3.0.9
But I have no idea how its going to work with the mods you have linked to.
However the last one should be fine.
