Avatar on Index and Viewforum problem


I have installed this mods: http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/download/id_8895
Then I have installed the default avatar here:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=528
Ive chose Version 1 by blkjack-21

The problem is, the avatar is still not change to default user avatar except when new post is created/replied.
I have purge cache, and refresh all in ACP including themes, imageset, etc.

It will show no avatar only, after new replied is posted, then you will see the image. Its so weird. Any help?

its only fine when user created/replied post,
as example , http://www.kampungfm.com/berita-pengumuman-f6.html
it will show no avatar pic even the user have its own default avatar,
but when user make a post or replied, then it will show the avatar.

I see, the problem is only on viewforum and only the first row.
The last post avatar works fine.

So check your edits, specially viewforum.php and read this: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1002

is that a custom built portal by you? it looks like it's a well known portal system, but it has your site's copyright! I wonder!

I can see the Copyright of the Stargate Portal, just look at the bottom of the site

I just remove the copyright before because its load too many picture on the footer. I just forgot to put the credits back , yes its Stargate portal and some modification has been made by myself. The new Stargate Portal more cool, it can hide the sidebar just like vb sidebar
