A Couple Of Qustions If i May?

Hi all,
I need help with two mods.
1. I woull like to know if there area any music players out there that would play my steaming files. In other words if there any players that will play IP and Port address.
2. I would like a mod that works on 3.07. Please reply to see link/ hide tags. This has to apply for everyone apart from ADMIN/MODS and VIP members.
Are these easy to do and do thet exist?
