Modification Name: Simple Portal

Modification Description: A simple Portal for phpBB3. We will keep this as simple as possible with as few edits to the core files as possible. No high load, portals are often used as front pages.
No ACP control.
We will start it very simple but usable. We will built addons that easily can be installed ONLY by modifying portal files.
