Modification Description: A simple Paypal Donation mod. With a manually configured progress bar and stats over received donations and what the donation goal are. Those stats can be inserted on the bottom of the forum index page.
The user can chose which currency to use (dropdown) and the amount to donate.
When users donate their username is included.
If the donation is successfull the user is automatic redirected to at Paypal success page and if it is cancelled the user is redirected to a cancel page.
ACP control under MODS tab where the user can insert the paypal email address, some more configurations and insert the text for the donation pages.

Version 1.0.1 released

ACP control for paypal email address added under the Board Settings.
Update instructions are in the contrib.

Version 1.0.2 released

ACP control for paypal email address is removed from the Board Settings.
Now the Donation MOD has its own section under the .MODS tab in ACP.
New features in this version:
enable/disable Donation MOD
Set goal, achievement and currency for Donation Stats. Can be disabled.
Enter the text you want to display in the donate, success and cancel page. HTML is allowed.

Remember to enter your email address again after the mod is updated!
