Have you uploaded the highslide folder to root?
Please post a link to a topic on your board where highslide is used. Then I can take a look.

L.E.: it seems that after i upload a picture, it's not working any more ... If I put the non-modified ones, they work like in the first time (the picture opens in a blank window)

Its conflicting with the SEO mod you are using.
Disable SEO for attachments and Highslide should work fine.

Unfortunately, it still not working ... I've disabled the SEO for Attachments but still the same problem ... After i post the message with the picture, it works; if i re-enter the topic and click on the image, the image opens in the same window, directly ..

i don't see any of the edits on the overall_header.html or the attachment.html files for the absolution style!

I can make the modification now ... But the result is the same ... I copied the modifications from the first page ...

And for the record, you have not disabled SEO for attachments at your board.

why is it that with this mod if someone clicks one image the "image views" count goes up for all the images on the post. I like having the image views go up independently.

ex: there are 5 images uploaded in a single post. A user clicks image bird.jpg and image dog.jpg but does not click/view image tree.jpg,car.jpg or house.jpg .... thus the count for image bird.jpg and dog.jpg should go up but the others should stay at the current count. so like 0 views for image tree.jpg,car.jpg,house.jpg and 1 view for bird.jpg and dog.jpg

I think the count of views arent dependant of you clicking the images, but instead it counts everytime the thumb is viewed.
And I think this is phpBB standard and has nothing to do with this mod.

You have inserted the code wrong in overall_header.html
You have inserted it before: <head>
and it should be: </head>
You have also forgotten to upload the highslide folder.
