Google adsense and subsilver2

So far I like my adsense account, but as I have two styles on my board I'm not making full use of it. So, I have run into a problem. Google Adsense and PhpBB3 thread from this site was a great help in getting adsense setup in prosilver.. but it hasn't been updated for subsilver2 yet. I have looked around for directions and found one. Sadly, even following the directions from that site did not help. My ads (or would be ads) are both showing up ABOVE the topic.
Does anyone know if there is a decent, updated subsilver2 tutorial anywhere, or better yet does anyone know if stoker is going to finish his adsense page??
Or am I not finding it because its in the donator forum?

Already been there and done the search. As I said above (it would be easier if links worked, or does that not work only for newly registered...)
Anyway, tried the first link a few hours before the post and the ads only show up above the post. Nothing below the post or below the last post. Out of all the searches that was the best reference I could find but it didn't help.

Thats how I did it, but it shows above the topic anyway. It's possible that the subsilver2 based style I am using just doesn't work the way its supposed to. The style is Black Pearl, which so far for all the mods I've added works fine as a subsilver2 based theme. I will probably have to register on the icyphoenix boards to get support there. I had hoped that someone here might know a more updated tutorial on subsilver than what I could google.
At any rate, I handle all my phpbb development locally. If you wantt to see what I am talking about I can PM the link to you for my online board. Its just odd that it doesn't work as advertised.
