I think the last active time should be present somewhere (like the last active in Who is Online). for some reason I keep thinking the Last Arrived is the Last active, which I know it's not :/

Let's see...

I don't like the way the Last Arrived column is right now. Say you're reading a topic, then you go to the index page. the last arrived doesn't say "less than a minute ago". sometimes it might say...Yesterday at --- PM or something. I'm confused about that. How does it work? Hope you understand @_@

What you mean is controlled by your ACP/UCP Settings (i dont remember how v.0.0.2 display it, but so it is on v.0.0.3). If you have set a specific Dateformat in ACP/UCP, the Mod display it this way (user->dateformat).
