UMIL Installer With Out Being Logged In

You can't install a umil installer with out being login.
But here is a simple work around.
Make sure you add the edits back before you go live with your board..
This will create a huge whole in phpbb security!!
OPEN: umil/umil_auto.php
FIND: Delete or Comment Out
FIND: Delete or Comment Out
Now you can install a UMIL installer with out being logged in!!
