move credits

Hi Stoker 
I show you what I mean with an image since my english can be a little obscure 
So here we go this is the footer of my template (artodia ultra blue) as you can see there is a place for the credits on the bottom right. There are the phpbb and arty logo yet, so I would like to put the simple portal link (or an image if you prefer and have some sort of logo
) in the same spot.
And finally the question is: do you mind if I move it?
