Is there a subsilver2 template for your welcome extension or do I need to whip one up for you?

OK I have a subsilver2 template in progress. Man subsilver2 is lacking some css for this.
I'm using the layout in 1.0.1from the first page. It does not look like what you have here.
Do you have a better layout you want me to clone into subsilver2? Or just run with that one?

Maybe because i have phpbb 3.1.7 i don't know but i uploaded via filezilla with no issues and when i go into my exstention manager all i see is this
