Go ACP and customise Extensions Manager have you enable it there ??

I took it off and restored it because it wasn't working, I did have it on for a bit, I will turn it back on.

The error when looking at your website comes from another extension. It seems you have to remove the extension "holidayflare" from "phpbbmodders" in the ACP.

to use the animated hat you have to change the filename in xmas.css from christmas_hat.png to christmas_hat.gif too.

There are some xmas themes, but dont thin k there is a mof for it.

After christmas, Can I modify to replace Hats with Fish ..
Header with fish theme and Name ?
and delete snow, but add fish for background ?
