I think most portals use the style in use?
Else take a look at the simple portal. You find it in the modification forum.

you will have to upload the portals prosilver style template files to the SE square left template folder for it to look better that way the portal looks just like the forum!

@Stoker, guess you missed my EDIT, haha ;) But thanks for the reply.

@cisco007: let´s see if I got it The portal files come with a "style" folder. Inside that folder I got prosilver and subsilver. So what I have to do:

1. Copy SE Square Left to that folder?
2. Copy "prosilver" from this folder to where SE Square Left is?

From what I got, it would be option 2. Is is right?

cisco007, you've just helped me a lot here, thanks :)

EDITED:
I have two last "issues" on this style:

1. can anyone tell me how/if i'm able to change it's width? maybe a width by percentage instead of fixed. this would make a 3-column portal look better.
2. followed the instructions to add a menu from HERE. but it still doesn't show. should i enable it somewhere?

thanks in advance.
