Is there no uninstaller with mchat anymore, know there was at one point, but seems the new versions there isn't, if that is the case, how do you remove the sql tables that was added when it was installed, I know will have to undo all the edits made to files, but not sure about the sql part of it.

To uninstall you just need to run the installer again.
It can both install, update and uninstall
