PhpBB3 BBCodes

hello everyone, i am currently attempting to change one of my forum sections to a 'premium section' where you would have to be logged in to see the content. however, i cannot figure out how to do this via the ACP or any other settings. if anyone could assist me in this, i would greatly appreciate it.

thank you very much. also, is there a way to make the URL insert bbcode default to "TEXT HERE" instead of one?
