Page load time/Queries on footer?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could show me where to get or how to add the load time mod thats shown in this forum in the page footer?
Time : 0.020s | 7 Queries | GZIP : Off
Ive seen it on other forums aswell but cant seem to find any information on how to do it.
