Subsilver select all & attatchment box

Hi,
Thank you for letting us view "PhpBB3 BBCodes" content again.
In the old site there were some very useful guides and snippets which I used for my site and need to use them again becuase I'm trying to upgrade to 3.0.7.
1- How to add "select all" for the code box, for subsilver2 style.
2- There was a topic by "DoYouSpeakWak" for changing somethings in subsilver2, like making the box size of attached image is the size of attached image (just like prosilver).
