Find:

Replace with:

Open includes/functions.php
Find:

'U_PORTAL'				=> append_sid("{$phpbb_root_path}portal.$phpEx"),

Replace with:

'U_PORTAL'				=> append_sid("../portal.$phpEx"),

Only portal.php must be in domain root. All other in their place in the forum folder.
