2 adjustments in the Style part

I'm happy that phpBB3 BBCodes is back

I want to ask your opinion about 2 adjustments I'm thinking about.

1- If I put things between h3 tags in viewforum_body.html file:

would that be more efficacious for SEO purpose?

2- If I made the font colour "transparent"

would that confuse search engines, or have any downside for SEO purpose?
