Transparent Header

On the Se Pro theme was wondering is it possible to have a transparent header logo so you see the background image where the moon image is ? Im sure i read ages ogo than you cant have transparency in headers but i may have mis read - I guess from reading the forum rules this will be locked ( where else to post ) im not asking to being shown how to do it, was just wondering if its possible ? a yes or no will surfice
