Some just plain get away with everything but i have noticed he is banned on a few sites now

Terr0r has done nothing wrong here. I flamed the chat and got banned from the chat for that.
I dont care what my users do on other boards.

What I do care about is how users act on my board.
Opening a topic like this to flame Terr0r and flame him or any other user in his sig like Mark has done is ban reason for me.
Mark got banned for 2 weeks, I just dont have time for this kids stuff.
1 more mistake and it is forever!
