change blocks layout

Post by dazbobaby »

Hi all, man it's been a while since I posted, but I've lurked for that time and I'm really liking the new forum Stoker.

Anyways I installed the top stats mod yesterday and while it works flawlessly I'd like to make a quick and simple change (I think it's simple).
This is what I'd like it to look like:
How I'd like the layout
How I'd like the layout
It looks like this for a split second, once the page is fully loaded it reverts to this:
forum not liked.png
Any idea how to work the lout so it looks like the first image?
TIA
Daz

You just need to change that in: styles/prosilver/template/top_stats_body.html
Replace the html where you want it..

I figured that much, but sadly I'm not a coder, just a monkey following instructions.
So in reality, I dont know what changes to make.

I'd also like to add the 5 most recent topics to the portal and NOT the forum index.
So I'd need to edit the portal.php to force it on there and disable it in ACP, but again I'm not sure of the edits to make.

Hey Stoker, I tried it, even set it to 46% exactly half of what it's set to use now (98%), all it did was move the text - Replies and Views further in and not the blocks.

No, there is about 6 instances of width:50%;
Leave 98% as it is.

Change to 25%, 20% and 60%, none made any difference.
I'll call it quits, thanks for trying though guys.
