I have decided to give MOD authors the opportunity to use PhpBB3 BBCodes to publish their mods.
If you are interested I will open up a new forum with the name: (Authors name) MODS
You will be granted moderator permission for this forum.
PhpBB3 BBCodes has pagerank 6 and has a nice portion of visitors.
A great place to get your mods out to the rest of the world.
