Forum Seo with Subsilver based styles

Hello,

I tried to install the Forum seo on a Subsilver based style, but i'm stuck at the viewforum_body.html edits

I manage to add the code before the jumpbox, but im stuck for the 2 first edits .

Its not a copyright and its okay to remove it.
But I do not support subsilver, simply because I dont use it.
