Problem with form with with ads block

Hi,I am new here, but I have a big problem, I can´t see the forum by the block ads, but I have de-activated pop-up and java-scritp is activated in three explorers, (internet explorer, firefox and google chrome) whit all I receive that message. I now in mobile mode, so I can post... I can´t put pm, I only have seen this mode for ask for help. Now i can wirk only from the Phone with android

pd. I have added the images with my popup configuration so you see I have de-activated and activate java-script. If is neccesary any more ples tell me.
