Newbie Needing Help

Hello,
I recently installed the Stokers PM Notify and Guest Register Bar to my forum.
It seemed to be working okay but I have just received a message from one of the members who is having trouble logging in using an Android device.

This is the message that I received from the member.

Rod,

I have not been able to log in with my android phone since you restricted access to members only.

I put in my name and password, and it shows my name as "currently online" at the bottom of the page, but the board index is blank. It keeps prompting me to register over and over as well.

This BBCode is still a little too overwhelming to me and I am not game to start messing about and buggering something up completely. I would like to pay you to fix the problem for me.

I cant imagine that error si caused by that mod.

I visited his board yesterday with my android phone. I logged in and wrote a post with no problem.
So my guess is that the user has a cache problem on his phone.

Thanks for your help, Stoker. It is much appreciated. I will show my appreciation when I get this PayPal BS sorted out and have access to my account again.

I received this message this morning from the fella that was having the trouble.

Fixed it!

Cleared browser history, cache, and cookies. Now it's working.

Guess I'll continue to lug this phone around a few more years.
