avatar on who is online

hello i have find and find on many forum but i don"t find how to make the avatar for all member in who is online to the index page, see the screnshot

There is a avatar on memberlist but the avatar on who is online I have not seen, But it should be close the same.

with Avatar on Memberlist i see Avatars on The team page Avatars on The Who is online page ok no problem
but for the index page i don't no what file i need to edit and where, I tried on index.php and includes/fonctions.php but i have always
the error can you help me please
