This ext has no donate feature.

Maybe it is just my cell phone, but I find the loading image is still visible in the areas where I have both an adsense banner plus adsense link ads. Any easy fix? Maybe just edit the css file so it doesn't load the loading gif while adsense is loading?

Sure, you can edit the css file to remove the loading image.
